Party of Regions members complain about violations of election laws most of all

As of today, October 23 Office of the MIA of the region has received 66 reports about violation of election laws. One criminal case has been instituted, 24 cases have been denied, 15 have been transferred to the prosecution, another 15 are being checked.
This was reported by the head of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region Victor Rusin at a press conference.

Most reports - 31 - were received from the PR, "UDAR" reported 6 times, "Batkivshchyna" - 3 times. Most reports - 19 - came from the constituency number 68.
Regarding allegations of bribery of voters, as Victor Rusin reported, a statement from the candidate I. Bushko was received, besides the police are monitoring the media and checking published data. All materials on bribery are forwarded to prosecutors for a decision. However, there are no direct evidence about the distribution of money.

According to the law, says the chief Transcarpathian policeman, a criminal investigation of bribery of voters may be instituted by direct statement of the person who was paid the money. The police, obviously, have not received such statements.
