Mukachevo City Council established a monthly scholarships for creative and gifted young men and women who showed talent in science, culture, physical culture and sports that promote spiritual enrichment and athletic achievements of the city on Latorica and the state in general.
They are mostly students in upper secondary schools № 1,2,6,11,20, children’s art schools and sports clubs "Sinai" and "Triumph" – in total 30 gifted and talented students – reported Transcarpathian Regional Council.
