A 40-year old Transcarpathian raped a teenager
October 11, a master of Uzhgorod professional lyceum № 19 appealed to Uzhhorod police with a request to find a 15-year-old student who had disappeared on October 8.
The next day, failing to find the freshman, the police opened a criminal case over the murder. During the investigation of this case, on October 16, the boy was found.
During the conversation with the police in the presence of a psychologist and a representative of the guardian, the guy said that the 40-year-old husband of his teacher repeatedly forced him to engage in unnatural sexual activity.
Hence, October 17 the investigation department of Uzhgorod Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region instituted criminal proceedings against the 40-year resident of Transcarpathia over the satisfaction of sexual desire in unnatural way involving a minor (on the grounds of the offense under Part 2 of Art. 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years).
The Prosecutor of Uzhgorod Ivan Shtefanyuk reported that the man who wronged the teenager had been found, delivered to the police station and arrested in the order of Art. 115 of the CPC of Ukraine.
The suspect wrote a confession of his crime. The prosecutor's office controls the course of further investigation - reported the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
