Transcarpathian united opposition sued DEC in the 68th constituency

The chairman of the DEC Dudareva L.V., the DEC Secretary Hanych S.V. and the lawyer of the DEC Zhikharev O.V. are sweeping the traces of fraud in the electoral constituency № 68, – the "Batkivshchyna" membres claim.
These people use all means to prevent the rerun of the vote counting at polling stations No. 210749, 210759, 210771, at the request of the authorized representative of "Batkivshchyna".
In the DEC protocols there were found discrepancies in comparison with the original documents from the specified precinct commissions on the number of issued ballots and invalid ballots. The chairman of the commission has received instructions from the authorities to hide the facts, as they suggest the use of falsification technology.
Thus, at the last meeting of the district election commission number 68 held on 05.11.2012, the statements of "Batkivshchyna" on the non-compliance of the protocols on vote counting at the above mentioned polling stations with the requirements of the Law "On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine" were not even put on the agenda and were not considered.
In addition, the district election commission headed by Larisa Dudareva ignores consideration of registered complaint on the invalidation of elections at the polling station 210584 in the village of Serednye, where there were massive rigging in favor of the Party of Regions. 
Due to the omission of DEC in consideration of the complaints, the opposition went to court with the appropriate claims.
