The opposition is ready to recognize the new parliament as powerless and demand new election

United Opposition declared their readiness to recognize the new parliament incompetent.

The decision was taken at the meeting of the United Opposition "Batkivshchyna", informed the press service of YTB.

"If the government does not immediately stop the falsification of the election process and misappropriation of mandates received by opposition candidates the United opposition "Batkivshchyna" is ready to recogonize the new parliament incompetent and will insist on holding early presidential and parliamentary elections"

At the same time, the opposition decided together with "Svoboda" and Vitali Klitschko's "UDAR" party to launch protest at the building of the Central Election Commission."

 Also, the opposition intends to "demand the president Yanukovych, Attorney General, and the CEC to recognize a legitimate victory of opposition candidates in the constituencies number 11, 14 (Vinnytsia region), 94, 95 (Kyiv region), 99 (Kirovohrad region), 130, 132 (Mykolaiv region), 194, 197 (Cherkasy region), 211, 216 (city of Kyiv) and in those constituencies where according to the original protocols from precincts, representatives of other opposition forces won.

The opposition demands the Parliament to consider the draft resolution on the investigation of cases of fraud during the elections in 2012 and bring to justice chairmen and members of precinct and district election commissions.

Also the opposition demands to prosecute judges and law enforcers involved in the falsification of the will of the Ukrainian citizens and instigators of these crimes, pro-government candidates.

The opposition has decided to appeal to the members of the European Union, the USA, Canada and international observer missions with comprehensive information about the facts of fraud count.
