In Uzhgorod the collection of archival documents and materials "Transcarpathian fugitives in the USSR" will be presented

November 15, 2012 at 14.00 in the reading room of the State Archives of Transcarpathian region (Mynaiska st., 14a,  Uzhgorod) there will be the presentation of the collection of archival documents and materials "Transcarpathian fugitives in the USSR: through the Gulag and Buzuluk camps to the native Carpathians. 1939 - 1949" (compilers O.M. Korsun, O.M. Pahirya) prepared by the staff of the editorial board of the regional Book "Rehabilitated by History" (editorial board chairman I. Kachur) and also the documentary "Fugitives to immortality" will be screened.


        Mykhailo Misyuk, director of the State Archives; 

Anton Gromov, Deputy Head - Chief of Staff of the Regional State Administration;

   Oleksiy Korsun, compiler of the collection, head of the editorial group of the regional Book "Rehabilitated by History Transcarpathian region";                 

Mykola Olashyn, Uzhgorod National University professor, candidate of historical sciences;                                     

Oleksandr Rishko, chief specialist of Archival Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region                                          

Victor Braslavets, director of publishing house "Karpaty";                    

Boris Kushnir, editor of the journal "Karpaty";                          

Ivan Korshynskyy, head of the Transcarpathian regional association;               

 Irina Harmasiy, TV journalist of the Transcarpathian Regional State TV and Radio Company (channel "Tisa-1"), author of the documentary "Fugitives to immortality."
