In Tyachiv district a wooden church burned

Night on Nov. 9 in the village of Ruska Mokra in Tyachiv district, for a reason yet unknown the sacristy of the Greek Catholic church "Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary", built in 1945, caught fire. 
No victims. Before the arrival of firefighters the fire had damaged the premises of the sacristy, but thanks to the actions of guards, the building itself was saved. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Employees of Tyachiv District Division of the State Technogenic Safety Office in Transcarpathian region are working at the scene.

 One of the main versions is that it could have happened because of careless handling of fire, - informed the Office of State Technogenic Safety in Transcarpathian region.
