November, 5 at day and at night of the 6th of November in Transcarpathia very heavy rain storms, strong winds during a storm of 15-20 m / s, in highland 35-40 m / s are expected.
November 5-6, on the rivers of the region there will be increased levels of water:
– On the tributaries and the Upper Tisa by 0.5-1.5 m;
– On the River Tisa, on Tyachiv-Vylok stretch, in the lower reaches of the river Borzhava and on the river Latorica by 1.0-2.0 m.
In view of deteriorating weather conditions Territorial Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Transcarpathian region encourages all residents and visitors of Transcarpathia during severe weather conditions to refrain from going to the mountains and comply with security measures.
The Ministry of Emergencies in the region insist on mandatory registration of all who will rise to the Carpathians. When registering at mountain rescue centers you can receive the latest information on the status of the weather conditions in a particular area, to determine the optimal route, which depends on the degree of participants’ skills – reported TD of MOE in Transcarpathian region.
