In the next year the advance payment of tax will be introduced. What does this mean for Uzhgorod citizens?

On January 1, 2013, taxpayers will face a number of innovations. In particular, they introduce advance payment of income tax for entities that have gross revenues in return for 9 months of 2012 that exceeded 10 million hryvnias. Head of the State Tax Inspectorate in Uzhgorod Maria Badyda commented on the innovation. 
"These business entities are required during January-February 2013 to pay 1/9 of the tax accrued in return for the first 9 months of 2012 – says Maria Badyda. – After the submission of annual declarations business entities will pay each month during March-December 2013 1/12 of the accrued income tax for 2012."
In addition, from January 1, 2013 the rate of profit will be 19% (compared to 21% this year).
