Mukachevo sixth graders are the best rescuers
Four pupils from Mukachevo - Arthur Bubryak, Adriana Babushkina, Artem Karabeynikov and Viktoria Mislik - took part in an international tournament of young rescuers. The competitions were held in the Slovak town of Spishska Nova Vesj. Transcarpathians became first out of seventeen participating teams. Children showed not only theoretical knowledge (passed tests), but also practical skills: in one of the stages of the competition they gave first aid, rescued in an emergency situation and showed the skills of space orientation.
The competition consisted of six stages which lasted fifty minutes. Pupils from Mukachevo managed to do everything in thirty-eight minutes and set a record time. The information that Mukachevo team was the youngest in the tournament also brought pride. Soon, the winners are going to another international tournament which will take place in our country.
