Two groups of illegal immigrants were detained by chop border guards

Border guards detained another two groups of illegal immigrants who tried ‘to get’ to EU countries last weekend.

In the first case, ‘Velykyi Bereznyi’ border guard department received information about the appearance of a group of unknown persons on the border from local people. This information was given to the neighboring subdivisions and was organized searching for ‘uninvited guests’ by the forces of ‘Velykyi Bereznyi’ and ‘Novoselytsia’ divisions. In half an hour operational group from the department ‘Novoselytsia’ detained a group of people of African appearance. Detainees did not have documents identifying their personalities, but informed that they were citizens of Somalia and tried to get to the European Union.

In the second case two citizens of Moldova Republic tried to overcome illegally the border with Slovakia on the section of ‘Guta’ department. This time perfectly worked the border guard troop who discovered the offenders and reported about their appearance the subdivision and later on detained them.

Currently, illegal immigrants are detained in order to find out the circumstances of the offense and drawing up the administrative and procedural documents. The decision of the responsibility under the law will determine the court - informs the press service of Chop border troop.
