Another 13 school buses were provided in five districts of Transcarpathia

On Tuesday, August 28, representatives of the districts received the documents and the keys to the brand new vehicles.

       Starting on the first of September, these buses will drive Transcarpathian schoolchildren to and from schools. 

  
   The "School bus" programme has been effective in the region since 2003. During this period, 173 vehicles for rural schools were purchased. Of these, 73 - at the expense of the regional budget, 27 - for district funds, 55 - for money from the state budget. Also, 18 school buses were purchased at the expense of the World Bank under the "Equal access to quality education" program. Today, all these buses carry more than 12,000 students and more than a thousand teachers - informs the RSA press center.
