"We would like the legislation to become stable. On the first of July some changes were brought to action, and on the fifth – Verkhovna Rada is adopting a new law. The single tax actually doesn’t give any tax reduction. According to Eva Moyshevich over the last six months, the number of single tax payers has increased by 10%, which makes 3,000 people, and therefore we can predict the increase in the rate of payers.
2012 has been decided to be an adaptating year, therefore administrative penalties for violations in the paperwork this year will not be applied. According to the planned targets of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian economy in 2015 will have reached international standards.
