Scandalous Khust election commission squandered public funds

Officers of the Khust interdistrict prosecutors office and Khust united state financial inspection during the audit of the financial activities from 15 October to 28 November on the use of budget funds allocated to the district election commission number 71 for the October 2012 parliamentary elections of the deputies of Ukraine found financial irregularities. Thus, it was found out that the members of DEC had committed embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of almost 50 thousand hryvnias.
