Ledyda plans to establish another institution
Regional administration plans to establish another government institution that should "increase public confidence in the authorities."
This would be a regional contact center. It is assumed that the new structure should "ensure prompt response to issues raised in the general public, improve governance, quality training and decision-making on important issues of public life, taking into account public opinion, create an additional mechanism for informing the public on the state policy."
In essence, it is duplication of departments of citizens requests which are part of regional and district administrations and executive committees.
One year of such a center work would cost taxpayers nearly half a million hryvnias.
