Lower House of the Czech Parliament voted for amendments that allow the use of cannabis for medical purposes.
Dr. Pavel Bem, one of the authors of the innovation, believes that they should legalize the use of cannabis by those who now uses it in violation of the law. However, Bem insists, that they are not talking about the legalization of marijuana.
126 of 156 deputies present at the meeting voted for the adoption of the amendments.
