A movie about the murderer of Stepan Bandera is planned to be made
Georgian film director Zaza Buadze plans to make a film about the life of the murderer of Ukrainian nationalist Stepan Bandera - a KGB agent Bohdan Stashinsky.
The director told the ZN that Hollywood celebrities Sam Riley and Kirsten Dunst are invited to star in the movie. Currently the negotiations with the actors are being conducted. If they agree, the American studio Stone Village will join the production, it is possible that German company Bavaria Film will also participate.
According to the director, although the ideologist of Ukrainian nationalism is mentioned in the script, the film will not be political because it is primarily about the love of Inge Paul and Bohdan Stashinsky.
