The President of Ukraine never stops to surprise the world with his "specific" erudition. Many facts evidencing his strange behavior and statements incomprehensible to the civilized world were revealed to the Ukrainian news site "Ostrov" by one of the founders of Chesno movement Oleh Rybachuk.
In particular, according to the information which he received from the employees of German Chancellor cabinet, the Chancellor ceased to greet the President of Ukraine after another conversation with him. During a meeting with Angela Merkel Viktor Yanukovych suggested her to "redeem" the former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko for 7 billion dollars. By Ukrainian President’s logic that was just a half-price of the amount allegedly stolen and withdrawn by Tymoshenko to the European Union, and that it would be enough in order to release her abroad.
