Ukrainians can complain on the facts of scrupulous questioning on the border and at the airport because the Chief Commandant of Poland Dominic Trach does not know about these violations. Ukrainians hardly use the right to protect their individual rights, said Mr. Trach in his interwie to Radio Svoboda. At the same time he reported that in connection with Euro 2012 approaching, Polish Border Guard has strengthened the control.
In the majority of Polish airports officers check very carefully the type of visa received in the consular office, which is located in Ukraine. In the first place this concerns the business visas. The facts are known when visa holders of such form were expelled from the Schengen countries.
