Viktor Baloga is to build dog shelters

The Minister of Emergency Situations Viktor Baloga volunteered to resolve the problem of stray dogs.

As Uzhgorod.in has been informed, Viktor Ivanovych expressed a desire to build shelters for stray animals throughout the Transcarpathian region. Particularly, on Saturday a round-table meeting with the participation of charitable foundations, organizations and authorities is to be held. There will be decided whether the four-legged tramps are going to get homes throughout the area.
