 Uzhgorod to find out how to get the EU support for innovative ideas

On Thursday, April 26, at 11.00 a.m. a press conference of the Uzhgorod Press Club will take place in the conference hall of the hotel ‘Hostynny Dim’ (‘Guest House’). Its main theme will be a presentation of the features of European scientific and technological programs that promote and support innovation.

It's about the possibility of using European research programs as an effective instrument of regional and national implementation of innovations.

A related workshop on the same day will be held for the experts of a wide range of interested party (the theme of the seminar is ‘Means of innovations support in science and technology programs of the EU, Demonstration of the role of the ETPs (as an example of ETP ‘Food for Life’ and the corresponding national STE ‘Agro Food’) as a convenient and effective tool for sustainable and mutually beneficial cooperation between scientific educational organizations and small and medium-sized businesses’.

The representatives of the Regional State Administration, the Coordination Center for the implementation of economic reforms under the President of Ukraine, the State Agency of Science, Innovation and Informing of Ukraine, the State Agency of Investments and management of national projects in Ukraine, the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, the project ‘Establishment of Information Exchange Network of scientific and educational programs of the European Union, ‘NIP of Ukraine, Uzhgorod National University, Centre for cross-border scientific cooperation.
