The police will not detain tipsy people during the Easter holidays. So claims the Head of the Public Security Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Sergey Pohotov, reports Correspondent.
At least he said that those who will go home to have a rest will not be touched. They will react only on bullying and aggression. On the specifying question concerning tipsy people Mr. Pohotov said that police may hold a preventive conversation with them and even take them home.
