Tax collectors counted 15 millionaires in Transcarpathia
15 people in Transcarpathia received income in more than 1 million hryvnia according to the submitting declarations results for 2012. 1128 citizens declared their income from the movable property sale, 750 – income from inheritance, 306 individuals from the real estate rent, 95 people received investment income and 28 declared foreign income. 304 million hryvnia is the general declared income. This was announced by the head of the region STA Vasyl Ivancho at the press conference today, May 29.
This year’s essential innovation was the citizens’ income submission declaration, who received income in the form of salary and the amount of remuneration under the civil agreement from several tax collectors during 2011. This rule operated under the condition that the total amount of such income for any calendar month exceeded a tenfold level of minimum wages which was established by law on January 1 of the tax year (9410 hryvnia in 2011).
Citizens could submit declarations to receive tax rebates, on which have the right those who paid for education during 2011, or their children education, transferred pensions or charitable contributions, had adopted took up the costs of the artificial insemination, paid mortgage interest for housing, paid the cost of the vehicle rebuilding on the use of fuel in the form of the fuel mixture motor, bio-ethanol, biodiesel, compressed or liquefied gas and other bio-fuels. By the way, as Vasyl Ivancho noted, the submission of such declarations is still ongoing and ends at the end of the calendar 2012 year.
