Suspect for the court minelaying arrested in Uzhgorod

A few weeks ago, the staff of Uzhgorod city police department found 200 grams of explosive TNT in the building of the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court.

The chief police officer of the region Victor Rusyn told us about the suspects for blocking of the object.

"When there is a case in which explosives are found, the police search all the operational information about a particular individual in the region. Various activities are carried out”, - said the Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region, mayor general Victor Rusyn. “So we got the information and found explosives, electric detonators and some scheme during the search of one person".

Now this man has been arrested by a court’s decision for 10 days and he is being checked for complicity in the crime. He is charged with possession of an explosive device, which entails criminal liability of up to 5 years imprisonment.
