The village of Baranytsi dwellers has turned to the Transcarpathian rescuers for help on May 18 at 10 a.m. The concerned dwellers asked the Ministry for Emergency soldiers to rescue a little owl, which had fallen out of the nest. As it turned out, the little owl had fallen out of the nest to one of the locals’ yard, apparently because of the strong wind yesterday. And a young mother-owl, concerned about his fate, circled all night above the house and screamed.

The Uzhgorod rescuers arrived at the scene of accident. They returned back the ‘missing’ to the nest by using 30-meter long ladder. The hosts, who found the owlet, said that these nocturnal birds live on this tree near the apartment building for nearly 10 years, and every year they delight people with their offspring, reported the Transcarpatian Ministry for Emergencies.
