The fact of the public utilities payment will automatically mean making a contract for the services supply. The Head of the National Commission for Public Utilities Regulations of Ukraine Valeriy Saratov told about this at the round-table discussion ‘Public Utility is the possibilities for business’, informs ForUm’a. According to the official’s words another way to access a new contractual basis for Public Utility does not exist yet.
‘We are initiating the law according to which if you have confirmed payment for the consumed services, it means you signed a contract’ – informed Saratov. However, if the contract terms do not suit the consumer, he will be able to refuse to pay for them, the head of the Commission explained.
