MPs suggest allowing production of homemade alcohol

Parliamentarians can officially allow Ukrainians to produce homemade beverages, though not for sale.

However, the authors of the document do not know exactly what quantities to consider the mass production. They say that the process has never been and never will be monitored.
Now the article of the Criminal Code only prohibits mass production of non-excise goods, including alcohol. However, it does not give the definition of mass production.
The authors of the document do not expect approval of their project. They say the bill should be sent back for reconsideration and returned back to the session hall in summer or autumn.
