Journey to Czech Republic should be postponed because of the flooding threat

The water level in the Czech rivers increased rapidly due to heavy rains. Flood threat emerged in some regions of the Czech Republic. This is with reference to the Czech Television, said 'Rianovosti'.

Because of heavy rains, wind and hail storm in many regions of the country was suspended the power supply and appeared problems with transport.

On Saturday evening, water in the river of Mandava, within the town Varnsdorf (northern Czech Republic) rapidly rose, therefore there was announced a third level of the flooding threat.

Because of to flooding highway 248 in Ustecky land was closed. The storm moved in the direction of northern Moravia.
