Happiness makes people poorer
People who used to be happy in childhood have less income when they become adults than their unhappy with their life peers. Psychologist Edward Diener has posted the results of their research in the Washington Post, informs FINANCE bigmir) net.
Survey of the youth was started by the American psychologists as early as in 1976. Absolutely lucky people of the 70th at the 30-year-old age earned on average $ 3,500 less on average than their peers who are less happy with their lives.
Psychologists believe that this phenomenon can be explained by the fact that the lucky ones do not need to change jobs or get another degree, and therefore do not receive the relevant experience. In addition, the study found that lucky people are more likely to drop out from the university.
Please note: domestic statistics says that half of Ukrainians believe that their career is successful, a quarter is dissatisfied with their career.
