Nationwide campaign "Bill 3587 – forced dispersal of peaceful assemblies"

On Saturday, on Kyril and Mefodiy square in Mukachevo and on Teatralna Square in Uzhgorod, there will be a protest against the adoption of the special law "On the lack of freedom of assembly" №3587.
Members of the Foundation of Regional Initiatives (FRI) and other civil society organizations will hold a protest as part of the Nationwide campaugn that will simultaneously take place in 16 cities of Ukraine.
During the campaign, the activists will tell the details of the special law "On the lack of freedom of peaceful assembly №3587" and actions of the police if the bill is adopted.
The bill can legitimize forced dispersal of protesters, just like Berkut did on the Maidan.
Also. it is proposed to notify about peaceful assembly no later than 2 days in advance so that it could be banned in court.
