Mynai managed to get the third consecutive victory in the 16th round of the Ukrainian amateur soccer championship.
This time, the team managed to overcome Malinsk, according to the information, published by stakers.com, the match ended with the 2:0 score. The hero of the day was Yaromir Loboda, who managed to make an assist that resulted in the first goal and then scored the second one himself, securing a comfortable victory for the away team.
In the 16th minute of the match, Yaromir successfully assisted Michael Kopolovtsy, who shot at the almost empty opponent’s net. During the second half, he took advantage of the gaps in the front of Malinsk’s defense and finally unleashed a stunning low shot at Malinsk’s goalkeeper, scoring a spectacular goal.
However, the victory could not be possible without the efforts of Andriy Popovich. Mynai’s Goalkeeper made everything he could to help his team to win. After all, their opponents were clearly not ready to worsen the statistics of their results in home matches. From the very first minutes of the game, they tried to get the ball past Popovich. At first, Malinsk’s forward targeted a well-aimed headshot at the net, but the Transcarpathians’ goalkeeper deflected it and sent the ball at the cross-bar.
The home team made several more attempts to score a goal during the second half, but neither of them was successful. The tension went especially high at the end of the match, yet each time either Popovich was there to perform a save, or the attackers lacked skill and speed to make the best of the chances they had. Instead, the Transcarpathians almost scored yet another goal at the end of the match when Obraztsov shot the ball from just several meters but missed the net.
The next match in the championship of Ukraine among amateurs will be held on May 27 in Uzhgorod – against FC Khmelnytsky.
