In Uzhgorod, at the Center for Professional Development of Employees of Public Institutions, Enterprises and Organizations the training seminar for personnel of Uzhgorod, Velyky Berezny and Perechyn offices of the Chief Directorate of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region was held. The topic of discussion was the question of preventing and combating corruption.
The Head of Legal Department Oleksandr Rad drew attention of the participants to the restrictions on the use of official position and taking gifts (donations), liability for abuse of power, peculiarities of working in secondary employment, etc.
Head of Personnel Department Irina Hadevych briefed members of the territorial divisions of the region migration service on the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "Rules of Ethical Conduct for Public Servants", stressing the importance of tolerance towards people – reported Olga Poshtak, chief public relations specialist of the Chief Directorate of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region.
It should be noted that recently the Deputy Head of the Chief Directorate of the State Migration Service in Transcarpathian region was caught on bribes.
