The State Enterprise ‘Transcarpathian Research and Production Center of Standardization Metrology and Certification’ signed the agreement with LLC ‘Premium Avto-M’ on the results of tender on buying a used minibus Volkswagen T5 which costs 130,5 hryvnia. This was reported in the ‘Visnyk Derzhavnykh Zakupivel’ (‘Journal of Public Procurement’).
The competition documentation of ‘VDZ’ is not published on the website, there is no substantiations on the extremely low price.
