By signing fictitious certificates of works performed. The theft of budget funds was exposed by employees of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region.
It was found out that during 2013-2014, one of the companies in Transcarpathia misappropriated funds in amount of over 300,000 UAH, which was allocated by the state land for computerization of schools.
The Financial Investigation Department of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region began pre-trial investigation into this incident over the embezzlement of funds by malpractice committed on a large scale, on the basis of the criminal offenses established in Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The offense was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial
