Lviv court did not give the “Crown” to the city

The Resolution of Lviv Economic Court of Appeal dd. August 14 left the decision of Commercial Court of Transcarpathian region dd. January 10, 2013 unchanged, Transcarpathian prosecutors reported. 

The said resolution of the trial court denied the claim of the prosecutor of Uzhgorod in the interests of the state and the local community of Uzhgorod to the Department of municipal economy of Uzhgorod city council, the "Project Hotel Consulting, Ltd." LLC and with the participation of the third party that does not independently claim on the subject matter of the dispute on defendant’s party PTVP "Koruna" to invalidate the tender for the sale of the municipal property item – complex the "Crown".

Not agreeing with this decision taken at the beginning of September, the Prosecutor of Transcarpathian region made an appeal to the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
