Two Mukachevo drug traffickers have been released by court order. The first one was detained in an apartment with drugs in it. The prosecutor’s office asked for more than 2 million hryvnias in bail, but the court ruled that 1.2 million hryvnias was enough.
Another Mukachevo man was detained by the police during searches. The prosecutor’s office asked for 1.6 million hryvnias in bail, but the court ruled that 500,000 hryvnias was enough. He paid the bail, now the man is free.
The third drug dealer is still in jail. Court hearing has been scheduled, and pre-trial restraint will be determined in the near future. The prosecutor’s office is asking for bail of 1.6 million hryvnias.
