In particular, two-bedroom apartments are now particularly popular. In Uzhgorod and Mukachevo, prices have increased by up to eleven percent. Meanwhile, in the border cities, prices have begun to drop, as competition have begun to emerge in the market due to people leaving abroad.
Because of their impracticality, small one-bedroom apartments have become cheaper. The realtors reported almost eight percent drop.
If you look at the statistics of other regions, two-bedroom apartments in Ternopil region have gone up by 12 percent. By 10% in Kyiv and Dnipro.
Also in the State Statistics Service report that housing prices are also rising at the primary market. Such apartments in Ukraine have gone up by an average of six percent.
