Today, January 24, 2019, according to the order of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, law enforcement officers conducted another search at the customs post "Nevetlenfolu" of the Transcarpathian Customs under the criminal proceeding dated September 11, 2017.
This was preceded by the events that took place in the summer of 2018, when an official of the customs post "Nevetlenfolu" was detained by law enforcers in the city of Vynogradiv. Disciplinary proceeding over this incident at the customs office continues, and the official was removed from the office.
Today, under the same criminal proceeding, over the incidents that took place in 2018, two more senior state customs inspectors were notified of being suspected of committing an offense under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
At present, comprehensive measures designed to detect the element of corruption in the actions or inactions of the personnel of the customs post "Nevetlenfolu" are being carried out at the Transcarpathian Customs, the press service of the Transcarpathian SFS informs.
