Last night, Mukachevo policemen detained a young man with drugs and cold weapons (PHOTOS)

On Rosvyhivska street in Mukachevo, law enforcement officers seized from a 31-year-old man a roll of marijuana, a brass knuckles, and a knife. According to the man, he was carring all that for self-defense. Two criminal proceedings were opened over the incident

Today, in Mukachevo, at about 1:00 am, in the middle of the street, policemen noticed a suspicious man and found on him a paper roll with a dry powdered substance, probably marijuana.

The investigative team arrived at the scene. During the inspection, in addition to the narcotic substance, the Mukachevo police officers also seized a homemade brass knuckles and a knife.

Two criminal proceedings were opened over possession of drugs and cold weapon under Part 2 of Art.263 and Part 1 of Art.309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. All the items are seized and sent for expert examination. The preliminary inquiry is ongoing.
