Infamous Amarovych will not be judging Rotmistrenko

The trial in Perechyn regarding judge Rotmistrenko (who was recently arrested for drunk driving) did not take place.

According to the activist Vitaliy Gregor 

 – Due to self-disqualification of the judge. Recall that the judge Amarovych, who ironically had to hear the case, in July 2014 committed an accident, according to witnesses, when driving under influence. Unfortunately, a person died as a result, however, the judge was not removed.

"The drunkard judge #Amarovych sought self-disqualification in the "drunk" case of his drunkard colleague – Uzhgorod judge #Rotmistrenko due to the fact that the court believes that he is subjected to pressure by dissemination of the information in the media that the decision on the case will be biased.
