The Governor Oleksandr Ledyda visited UzhNU to see the renovated building of the former Faculty of Economics of Uzhgorod National University and to present diplomas to graduates with honors.
From now on, in the premises, where once students of economics faculty studied, there will be the history faculty and the administration of UzhNU. The building is being renovated both outside and inside.
There will be three museums at the faculty: the Museum of the University, the Museum of Archaeology, and the Museum of Old Prints, which history students and teachers will be taking care of. Previously, the unique exhibits have been stored in the basement of the university.
Also on this day, graduates of Uzhgorod National University were given diplomas with honors.
On the occasion of the holiday, the Governor presented to the head of the university the certificate for construction of the cabinet of physics.
