In Uzhgorod, the famous TV host presented a project for the development of junior sports

"JuniorZ" is the project of Oleksandr Pedan to promote the development of sports among schoolchildren.

Uzhgorod became the 9th city hosting this project: "I’m surprised that Uzhgorod is the only city that has supported this initiative. I am very grateful to the city council, which has allocated as much as 100 thousand hryvnias for the development of our project", – Oleksandr Pedan said.

This is the only project that promotes and develops sports for children. Generation Z are children born after the year 2000 during the digital age. Today, teenagers can not imagine life without the Internet, smartphones and other gadgets. However, there are also negative sides that are caused by a decreasing interest in sport among teens. "JuniorZ-2017" is aimed at involving the younger generation in active way of life and educating a new era of sports-active people.

For most school students, physical education is a boring lesson. And it is not surprising, because it is practically impossible to get modern children interested by having them run around in circles, throw a ball against the wall and climb up the rope. That is why many schoolchildren are not too keen on sports. This is what Oleksandr Pedan plans to fix, according to the Pershij.
