In Uzhgorod, a motorcyclist lost control and was ran over by a car

Around three o’clock, on November 19, on Gagarin street in Uzhgorod, an accident with fatal consequences occured. 

A 29-year-old resident of Uzhgorod was driving a motorcycle "Honda" on Gagarin street in the direction of Mukachevo. The motorcyclist tried to overtake a minibus "Mercedes Sprinter", but lost control and collided with it. Then, the motorcycle was run over by an oncoming a car, also a "Sprinter". 

The motorcyclist died on the spot. 

The test showed that both drivers of the "Mercedeses" were sober.

The police opened criminal proceeding over the traffic rules violation that caused a person’s death.

Both cars and the motorcycle were taken to Uzhgorod police impound lot.

All circumstances of the tragic accident will be established by the investigation.
