In Uzhgorod a man was shooting at the dog, the hooligan has been detained by the police

The director of a private enterprise, located in the village of Onokivtsi in Uzhgorod district filed a statement with Uzhgorod police department. According to the applicant, an unknown offender in broad daylight driving in a car "Niva" through the territory of his company, started shooting from the comfort of the car at his dog, which was running in the parking lot of the company. The animal was injured.
    Officers of the Criminal Investigation arrested a 43-year resident of Uzhgorod for committing this crime. As it turned out, the attacker shot the dog with a 4,5 mm air rifle. The weapons has been seized, the shooter is being brought to justice. His deed can be deemed as hooliganism committed with weapons (part 4 of Art.296 of the CCU) – informed the Office of the MIA of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
