In the regional center of Transcarpathia, a man swallowed a fork. The doctors had to remove the foreign object from the man’s body. 
The operation was performed by doctors of the Uzhgorod City Clinical Hospital. The patient was operated on yesterday, July 8. 
According to the chief physician of the Uzhgorod City Clinical Hospital, the patient swallowed the foreign object about 3-4 months ago. A few days ago the patient’s health condition deteriorated. The fork struck the mucous membrane of the stomach. It was then that he sought medical help. By the way, the man who swallowed the foreign object has a mental disorder.
