In Tyachiv district, the body of a man was found in the river

In the village of Hrushevo in Tyachiv district, local residents found the body of a man in the Apshytsya river. They reported it to the Rescue Service "101". As it turned out, the victim was a 55-year-old resident of the village of Krasna. He was considered missing since Saturday. The man was grazing sheep in the village of Serdnye Vodyane in Rakhiv district from where his body drifted downstream to Hrushovo.

Firefighters of the 8th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the city of Tyachiv arrived at the scene. The corpse was in the middle of the Apshytsya river. The rescuers took the body ashore and handed it over to law enforcement authorities. Currently, the police are trying to find out the detailed circumstances of the tragic incident.
