On Friday, July 1, in the "Breshtanovo" tract in Velyky Berezny district, a 13-year-old boy drowned in the Uzh river. The seventh- grader dived into the water and died. Rescuers found the boy’s body underwater without signs of life.
The police urge citizens to follow rules of safe behavior on the water for the sake of your own life and health. Swim only at specially equipped places, when the water temperature rises to 17-19 ° C. Do not enter the reservoir when you have signs of overheating: dizziness, a slight nausea. It is absolutely forbidden to swim while being intoxicated, jump into the water from places not designed for it, such as bridges, rocks, etc.
Do not go swimming alone, and when swimming in a group watch every member of it. One should be particularly careful on rivers where there is a strong current.
