Officers of the Security Service of Ukraine caught a separatist – a resident of Donetsk region who temporarily resides in Transcarpathia. On his own page in one of the social networks, he was distributing materials which, in the opinion of experts of the Security Service, contained public calls to violent change of government, territory, state border of Ukraine, legalization of so-called "Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics" and annexation of the Crimea.
During the authorized search of his home, they seized computer equipment, manual on the use of automatic weapons and explosives, guidelines for conducting reconnaissance, subversive and terrorist activities, anti-Ukrainian photos and videos.
Criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 110 (encroachment on territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been initiated.
The preliminary inquiry is ongoing.
