In Transcarpathia, Tyachiv district prosecutor registered the information in the URPI on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 364 and Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – abuse of power and forgery committed by officials.
It is established that officials of Bushtyno village council and the Office of the State Land Committee in Tyachiv district, in violation of the Forest and Land Codes of Ukraine, by indicating false information in land management project documents on land allotment, and on the basis of illegal decisions, transferred to private property the land for forestry purposes in total area of almost 830,000 square meters and worth more than 250,000 UAH. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region.
In addition, in order to eliminate committed violations of land legislation, the district prosecutor appealed to court to invalidate the state acts of title to these plots.
