In Transcarpathia, a man died in a fire in a wood shop

On October 25, the Rescue Service "101" received a report of a fire in a wood shop in the village of Zavadka (Mochar tract) in Volovets district.

 Crews of the 11th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Volovets and the State Fire and Rescue Post of the village of Nyzhni Vorota were immediately sent at the scene. A total of 15 rescuers and 3 vehicles were eliminating the fire.

Because of a strong smoke, two groups of gas and smoke rescue service were also engaged. During the elimination of the fire, firefighters found the body of a 53-year-old man in the temporarily disused shop, which was the source of the fire. 

The fire destroyed several window frames and 60 square meters of the roof. The total area of ​​the fire was about 500 square meters. The cause and circumstances of the person’s death is to be established by the police.
